The best Xbox One games of all time

This month I am going to write on the best Xbox One games. I will tell you about the best games out there, the games I think are the best and obviously if you have a different opinion then you are more than welcome to share it in the comments section below. 

So, without further ado, let's get on with the list.

1.  Dishonored 2

Dishonored 2 is an action-adventure stealth video game that is also available for PS4 and Xbox One and is developed by Arkane Studios and is published by Bethesda Softworks. Dishonored 2 is the sequel to Dishonored. 

The game's story takes place 15 years after the events of the first game, and features a fully voiced protagonist, unlike the first Dishonored. The player can choose from either Emily Kaldwin or Corvo Attano, both protagonists from the previous game, as their playable character. 

The story will have two different arcs, and the player can choose to complete the missions in any order they like. However, the game still has a linear plot.

2. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" is an action role-playing game with a third-person perspective. It is the third and final installment in the series, following "The Witcher" and "". Developed by CD Projekt RED, the game was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in 2015. 

The game was met with critical acclaim, with critics praising the story, characters, world, visuals, combat system, and animations. The game won multiple Game of the Year awards from various gaming publications, critics, and game award shows, including Game of the Year, Best Game Direction, and Best Role-Playing Game. 

3. Red Dead Redemption 2

Red Dead Redemption 2 is an open world action adventure video game that was developed and published by Rockstar Games in 2018. It is the third title in the Red Dead series. It is set in the Wild West during the end of the 19th century. 

The game has a deep and detailed story which involves the main character, Arthur Morgan, and the Van der Linde gang, who are outlaws in America. It also involves a story of a new gang, led by Dutch van der Linde, which is the main rival of the protagonist. 

The game is said to be a masterpiece and it is loved by millions of people worldwide. It is acclaimed by many critics as the best game of the year and it is also one of the highest rated games.

4. Forza Horizon 4

Forza Horizon 4 is an open world racing game in which players compete in different types of races and events at driving festival around the UK. The game is developed by Playground Games and published by Microsoft Studios.

The game features a shared open world environment. The game features a total of 450 cars, which is the most of any Forza game. There are more than 200 different types of races, 1000 events and 60 different environments.

5. Assassin's Creed Odyssey

Assassin's Creed Odyssey is an action role-playing video game developed by Ubisoft Quebec and published by Ubisoft. The game is the eleventh major installment in the Assassin's Creed series and is a sequel to 2017's Assassin's Creed Origins, continuing the story of Bayek from Origins. 

In Assassin's Creed Odyssey's main story mode, the player takes control of a mercenary named Kassandra or Alexios, a Spartan misthios, who is a descendant of the legendary Leonidas I. 

The player may choose to play as either Alexios or Kassandra at the beginning of the game, after which the story diverges into two separate narratives that follow each of the two characters, allowing the player to explore Greek mythology and history as it happened. The quest system of the game has been completely revamped, using a mission system that allows the player to take on any mission from multiple active quests at any time, as well as from any location.
