Microsoft is trying hard to keep its place on the market. The company prepares more valuable updates for its Microsoft Teams software. It will include integration of OneDrive and LinkedIn services and may raise the audience.
Microsoft constantly provides updates to the app, trying to make it user-friendly. Now it wants to add unique features and extend users’ experience. The planned update includes the integration of the popular business platform LinkedIn where companies are actively searching for new employees. Users of Microsoft Teams will be able to check profiles of their colleagues on LinkedIn and chat with them. If they both belong to one big company, this service may be used for team building.
Integration of two services is expected to go smoothly. Teams will receive the tab with LinkedIn on the chat panel. Once you press it, you will see all the usual info that appears on LinkedIn. Since these products both belong to Microsoft, there will be no problem with it.
Apart from that, Microsoft is moving forward to integrate Teams with OneDrive. Those users who work on OneDrive or have business there will be able to find every file they need in a shorter time and easily. There will be a Your Teams section from the OneDrive in Microsoft Teams. It will offer users the files they keep in OneDrive. You will be able to share the files you need with your colleagues via Teams. You don’t need to search for the documents you’ve once shared but forgot, since they will be visible. Those changes are expected to be released this April. There will be more information about them in the upcoming months.
If you have tried Microsoft Teams, share your opinion about the service in the comments below. How do you like it? Are you excited about the new integration of OneDrive and LinkedIn services?
